In the light of the worldwide research, our primary mission is to establish an educational system into which our students and/ or society could easily integrate. We aim to facilitate easy access to information that individuals need and interested in without the restriction of space, utilizing the principles of life-long learning.  In addition, we also aim to provide the infrastructure required to ensure technical standards for the courses provided via communication and information technologies and also make the system available for wide masses. Our mission also includes the provision of necessary tracking, reporting and evaluation tools to align our courses and workshops with quality standards; and carry out improvement and update works accordingly.

In addition to all, our goal is to make e-learning a more common practice and ubiquitous by organizing Seminars, Certificate programs and Non-Thesis Master’s Degree Programs. 

Our vision is to ensure that our faculty members can transfer the knowledge and experience they have to all our students and society by eliminating the physical, geographical, economic or social boundaries before individuals. Our visionary aims also entail being a center that follows the new trends emerging in our country and in the world; and using technological opportunities to improve the quality of the trainings provided.
